November Meetups
If you're interested in catching up for a casual meetup next month, please feel free to join Kim and others by registering below.

Perth Zoo Meetup
📍Location: Perth Zoo. Meet at the Dingo enclosure. Map and other visitor information available from the Perth Zoo website here: https://perthzoo.wa.gov.au/visitor-information
✍🏼What to expect: Bring your own nature journaling supplies and explore the Zoo through your sketchbook! We'll meet at the Dingo Enclosure and then wander through the Australian Bushland trail to listen to the Numbat Keeper Talk at 9:45 AM. Practice your animal gestural sketching, adding information from the talk and interactive signage to your page. You're free to choose your own itinerary instead.
All skill levels are welcome. Children must be supervised at all times. Participation is done at your own risk. Register below if you plan to attend.
📖What to bring: A journal and your favourite mark-making tools. Some good walking shoes, a water bottle and maybe a snack. Remember to slip-slop-slap-wrap if the sun's out, or an umbrella and raincoat if there's a chance of rain.
Cost: Please pay for your own entry to the Zoo. To support The Perth Nature Journal Club donations are encouraged. The suggested donation is $10/per individual or $20/per family. Your support goes towards costs of running the nature journal club and is very much appreciated.

Herdsman Lake Meetup
📍Location: Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre. Meet lakeside on the grassy area. Bring a chair or picnic blanket. More information about the Centre here: https://www.wagouldleague.com.au/
✍🏼What to expect: Bring your own nature journaling supplies and nature journal the wetlands and waterbirds, or other native animals inside the Centre. The nearby Olive Seymour boardwalk (500 m loop) can also be explored. This is a casual meetup where we can nature journal alongside others.
